Opel is sending a clear message that it is continuing to roll out new models with three world premieres and many additional innovative products at this year’s Geneva Motor Show (March 6 to March 16, 2003). The main attraction at Opel´s stand in Hall 2 at the Palexpo is the world premier of the new Signum, an innovative and trend setting car that will break through traditional barriers and will create an entirely new market segment. Opel is also debuting the new purist mid-engine roadster Speedster Turbo in Geneva. A 147 kW (200 hp) 2.0 liter-ECOTEC turbo engine makes this a supercar promising real driving pleasure for enthusiasts. Rounding out the trio of world premiers is the GTC Genève study. This concept car displays the dynamism of Opel´s new design language while providing a preview of the brand’s design philosophy for future production models.
